Acceptable Use Policy
These rules protect Bubble Team users and the reliability of the service.
1. Scope
This policy applies to everyone who accesses Bubble Team. By using the service, you agree to follow this policy and applicable law.
2. Prohibited conduct
You must not use Bubble Team to:
- threaten, harass, stalk, bully or intimidate another person;
- share child sexual abuse material or exploit minors;
- promote violence, terrorism or unlawful activity;
- share non-consensual intimate content;
- impersonate another person or organization deceptively;
- send spam, scams, phishing attempts or malicious software;
- infringe copyright, privacy or other legal rights;
- publish personal or confidential information without authorization;
- circumvent security controls, disrupt the service or gain unauthorized access;
- use automated systems in a way that harms users or infrastructure.
3. User Content
You retain ownership of the content you submit through Bubble Team. By submitting content, you grant S-K-S LLC a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, process, transmit and display that content solely as necessary to operate and provide the Bubble Team service.
You represent and warrant that you own the content you submit or have all rights and permissions necessary to submit, transmit and share it through the service.
You must not upload or share content that infringes intellectual property, privacy or other rights of any person or entity.
Users are responsible for content they send. S-K-S LLC may investigate reports and, where appropriate, restrict content, suspend access or terminate accounts. End-to-end encryption can limit our ability to inspect message content without a report and supporting information from a participant.
4. Reporting and blocking
Users can report objectionable messages through the message actions in Bubble Team and can block abusive users from room or profile details. Reports may also be sent to work@s-k-s.com.ua. Include the user or room identifier, relevant event information, a description and any evidence you are legally permitted to share.
We review actionable safety reports and respond as promptly as reasonably possible. Immediate threats should also be reported to local emergency services.
5. Enforcement
Depending on severity and context, action may include a warning, content restriction or redaction where technically possible, room moderation, account suspension, account termination, preservation of evidence, or a legally required report to authorities. We may act without prior notice where necessary to protect users or infrastructure.
6. Appeals
A user may request review of an enforcement decision by emailing work@s-k-s.com.ua with the affected account identifier and relevant details.
7. Changes
We may update this policy to address changes in the service, law or safety risks. Continued use after an updated effective date constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
